What Worth It? accesses
When you connect your email, Worth It? searches for billing, receipt, renewal and subscription emails from the past 12 months only, and analyses the matches. It does not browse your inbox, and it never sees emails outside those search results.
What is kept
Only the extracted payment details: merchant, amount, currency, date, billing cycle and category, plus a reference to the source email so you can verify a figure yourself. The emails themselves are read once, in memory, and let go. No email content is stored.
What is never stored
Access to your inbox. The one-hour key Google issues lives encrypted in your own browser and is deleted the moment your report is ready. Worth It? keeps no key, token or password to your email, and asks for no bank login, ever.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account and every extracted record from the app at any time. Write to us and we confirm the deletion within 7 days.
Services we rely on
Hosting (Vercel, database in Singapore), payment processing (Stripe) and AI reading of billing emails (Anthropic) under contracts that prohibit them using your data to train models. We never sell your data.
Google API Services
Worth It's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
